Our company has 15 years of experience working with furniture and 11 years of experience with moving services.

The company is headquartered in Wroclaw, but we provide services throughout Poland, the EU as well as Switzerland and Norway.

The most important thing is to know what you want to transport, on what date, and the address of loading and unloading. From which floor and to which floor you need to lift and carry things, and whether there is an elevator in the building. The ability to drive up to the building is also of great importance.

We are very flexible and try to adapt to your needs. We can dismantle furniture and secure it for transport. Packing in boxes: clothes, glass, china or other delicate and valuable items.

Unlike many companies in the market, we have insurance for our moving activities up to the amount of PLN 250,000 in TU WARTA S.A. The insurance covers transported items as well as the building, traffic routes or elevators. The insurer also covers damages in case of theft and devastation. Works of art are insured only up to the amount of PLN 5,000, above this amount individual insurance is required.

Removals in Poland are performed on the basis of a written contract, email correspondence or verbal agreement. Services within the EU are performed only on the basis of a written contract, to which a list of transported items and a signed CMR transport letter are attached. Due to customs clearance at the borders of Switzerland and Norway, the documents must be adapted to the transported items and comply with current regulations.

Turnaround time depends on the time of year, the size of the service, and whether it will be a domestic or international move. We can organize one service in 1-2 days and other services need to be ordered at least a month in advance (in Austria and Germany, you need to notify the reservation of parking spaces in cities up to 3 weeks in advance).

A car with a container body and with several fixing slats is best for transporting large furniture (refrigerators, cabinets, display cases and mirrors). For smaller furniture and cardboard boxes and parcels, a car with a tin body (the popular tin box) is ideal. The least safe and tight are cars with box bodies (tarpaulins).

Saturday is a normal working day in our company. On holidays and Sundays, we only do large corporate moves or international moves where there is no other service available.

We are able to carry out very large removals of homes, offices, businesses, archives or warehouses. It all depends on the time we need to prepare for such a move. Our references prove that moving 200-300 workstations is not a problem.

Any service where there is a very large volume or weight of more than 120 kg, is priced individually and usually after a visual inspection.

The valuation is always free of charge as well as the arrival for inspection in Wroclaw and the surrounding area.
